  • Received a damaged product

  • Received a wrong item

  • Item not delivered within promised timeline (if confirmed by courier)

Refund Method:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after quality inspection.

Self-Shipping Refund:
If you are asked to self-ship, we will provide a shipping cost refund (up to a limited amount) upon sharing the courier receipt.

No Refund for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size/colour ordered by customer

  • Non-returnable items
